Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the twlikes mobile application (the "Service") operated by Kentaro Imai ("me", "I", or "my").
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.
The Service is billed on a subscription bases("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic bases ("Billing Cycle"). Billing cycles are set either on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the type of subscription plan you select when purchasing a Subscription.
Within 24-hours prior to the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or Kentaro Imai cancels it. You may cancel your Subscription renewal through iTunes account settings up until 24-hours before the end of the current Billing Cycle.
Kentaro Imai may offer free trials to new Service Subscribers. If you initiate a subscription to the Service through a free trial offer, you will receive free access to such Service for the duration of the free trial period. Within 24-hours prior to the end of the applicable free trial period, you will be charged the price of the subscription and will continue to be charged until you cancel your subscription. To avoid any charges, you must cancel your Subscription up until 24-hours before the end of the free trial period.
Kentaro Imai, in its sole discretion and at any time, may modify the Subscription fees for the Subscriptions. Any Subscription fee change will become effective at the end of the then-current Billing Cycle.
Kentaro Imai will provide you with a reasonable prior notice of any change in Subscription fees to give you an opportunity to terminate your Subscription before such change becomes effective.
Your continued use of the Service after the Subscription fee change comes into effect constitutes your agreement to pay the modified Subscription fee amount.
Kentaro Imai may offer lifetime plans. You can access to and use of all or a part of the Service without any paid subscriptions by purchasing a lifetime plan. If you purchase a lifetime plan, you will be charged for the entire lifetime plan amount at one time. "Lifetime" here means that your lifetime plan is valid only as long as the Service is in business. Kentaro Imai reserves all the right to cancel any lifetime plans for any/no reason.
Except when required by law, paid Subscription fees and lifetime plan fees are non-refundable.
I may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.
Kentaro Imai reserves the right to change the availability of the Service. In addition, I reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service with or without notice to you and I will not be liable to you or any third party for any such modifications, suspension, or termination.
In certain cases, content available within the Service may become unavailable due to requests from Twitter or a Twitter user with regard to the content or legal or policy reasons. Kentaro Imai will have no liability to you for any such unavailability.
Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance.
Kentaro Imai and his licensors do not warrant that a) the Service will function uninterrupted, secure or available at any particular time or location; b) any errors or defects will be corrected; c) the Service is free of viruses or other harmful components; or d) the results of using the Service will meet your requirements.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Kentaro Imai's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding the Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.
I reserve the right, at my sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision of material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at my sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use the Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
